Client compliance can be a frustrating situation when you as the coach puts great work into your programming and protocols – and a client doesn’t follow it.

We believe that compliance starts from the initial conversations you have, before they are a client and then continues to be instilled throughout the relationship together.

There are red flags to look for in these initial conversations that Sara and Ken discuss in this podcast episode. You will learn about the 3 major red flags to look out for to ensure a client is ready to take on a transformation process.

Knowing what red flags look like will empower you as a coach to ensure you are bringing an ideal client on board. By not being aware of red flags and non ideal situations you put yourself at a disadvantage, that will most like rear its ugly head down the line in the coaching relationship.

The model of your business, the systems of your coaching and the way you design protocols is set in a way that you know works and delivers results. Don’t sway from your model to make a potential client happy. Don’t compromise with a potential client because you need the income. All of these negative adjustments will leak into other areas of your business or client work – creating dis-ease in the way you coach.

On top of the conversation of RED FLAGS, Ken and Sara explain 3 reasons why a client may stop being compliant once into a program and 3 solutions to get them back on track.

If you’re struggling with certain clients right now or want to ensure you always take on a client ready and eager to get started – this podcast episode is for you.
