From a client’s perspective, getting healthy or losing weight can seem complicated when dealing with many unwanted symptoms and not knowing where to start. It’s not uncommon for a potential client to come to our graduates with many unwanted things happening to their body. Especially digestive complaints, like bloating, gas, constipation, stomach pains, acid reflex diarrhea, inflammatory disorders and so on.

Here at The Transformation Mentorship, we teach that a health or weight loss goal needs to start with foundational principles. We always recommend that our students focus on essential action steps before creating any complex protocols.

A thriving digestive system is a core pillar in optimal health and transformation. This is the system that fuels your every cell and removes the unwanted substances from the body.

Without tackling digestive issues it will be an uphill transformation journey.

In this podcast episode Joe Arko and Sara Fennell talk about 3 essential and very under-looked techniques to boost your clients health:

  • Breathing before meals to stimulate the parasympathetic system.
  • Use the Feed/Flush approach – remove water from meals and only drink between meals.
  • Chewing food properly to take stress of the descending processes of the gut .

Simple right?
But how many of your clients know how to properly prime their digestion? This could also be a great question for yourself.

Digestive issues are most prevalent in people who struggle to feel good and lose weight. Mental health issues like anxiety and depression are also closely linked to the gut. When you begin to optimize the digestive process you will start to bring homeostasis back to the body.

The best thing about this approach is that your clients are already breathing, chewing and drinking water – you only have to teach them how to do it right!

Listen into episode #14 on The Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Podcast as Joe and Sara guide you through these proper techniques and ways to bring this essential and simple strategy into your client work.
