There comes a point in every practitioners career, where you realize that more needs to be focused on with your client/patient than just nutrition, supplements and training.

Developing as a coach is about more than just knowledge of your craft. It’s also about guiding people to their goals. So understanding what that takes can make all the difference in your business and your clients life.

Enter Shadow Work! What is it? Many might say it’s focusing on the parts of you that would normally be considered unfavorable. But it is actually a 5 STEP process to unpack limiting beliefs and other patterns that keep you stuck in life ( and in body composition)

But as practitioners I always say, before you do things with clients… you need to try it first! This means looking inward and setting boundaries. What you may notice is holding on to less emotional weight, which can lead to less physical weight.
