What is the Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ Practitioner Certification?
A 3-month certification program from Transformation Mentorship that trains health and fitness professionals to create holistic client transformations. The method goes beyond training and nutrition to address the seven biggest problems most clients face: weight, energy, digestion, mood, movement, sleep and stress.
Who is the certification for?
Health and fitness professionals: personal trainers, nutritionists, group fitness instructors and coaches who want to help clients with the problems a workout program alone can't fix. Every applicant speaks with founder Ken Sylvan before enrolling to confirm the program is the right fit.
How long does the program take?
Three months (90 days), delivered in cohorts with live mentorship. During the program you apply the system with real clients rather than only studying theory.
When do cohorts start?
Cohorts begin four times a year: September, November, February and May. Registration opens a limited time before each cohort and accepts a limited number of applicants.
What does it cost?
Level 1 is $2,797 USD. Level 2 is $2,560 USD and Level 3 is $2,640.62 USD, each plus applicable tax. Level 1 is the prerequisite for Level 2. No payment is taken when you apply, and applying does not commit you to enrolling.
What do I need to do to graduate?
Complete the curriculum and two real client case studies under mentorship. The case-study requirement is central to the program: you graduate having already run the system with real clients.
How do I apply?
The application takes about five minutes and asks about your practice and your clients. After applying, you book a short call with Ken to confirm fit. If it's a match, you choose your level, enrol, and join the next cohort. Nothing is scheduled or charged until you and Ken have spoken.
Is the certification online?
Yes. The program runs online with live cohort-based mentorship, so professionals across Canada and beyond can complete it without travel.
Is there a guarantee or payment plan?
